Andy Valley School of Gymnastics has been providing quality gymnastics instruction in the Lewiston-Auburn area for 40 years. Each year, we have tried to provide a better gymnastics program by upgrading the equipment in our 6,000 sq. ft. facility and improving our coaching techniques.

Our team of instructors is led by Rod Gendron, a highly trained and experienced coach who has produced high level gymnasts.

 

Assisting him are a number of experienced and caring coaches concerned for the safety and individual needs of each gymnast.

Self confidence and discipline are taught while coordination, flexibility, balance, and strength are enhanced in an atmosphere that allows the gymnast to enjoy the learning experience.

**OPEN GYM is starting again in SEPTEMBER on Fridays!**

OPEN GYM	FRIDAY -- $7.00
Ages 5 & Under	9:00am - 10:00am
Ages 6 & Older	7:00pm - 8:00pm
