COVID-19 Update for Andy Valley Members
Andy Valley is open for all classes and practices.
I feel confident that the safety measures that we have in place have helped to limit exposure to other students, staff and parents. If you have questions please call us at 784-6607 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For everyone’s safety, we have implemented the following safety measures:
–If you or your gymnast has a cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or loss of taste or smell, please STAY HOME and seek medical attention!
-We will have limited class sizes and a limited class schedule.
-We will do our best to practice social distancing during class.
-Classes will end 5-10 minutes early to allow departure before the next class arrives.
-Please enter the Front entrance of the building. Please sanitize upon entering the building. There will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the building. Gymnasts must use hand sanitizer before participation.
–All students, parents, CMAC members must wear a mask while in entrance, hallways and seating areas. Students and members may take off mask while working out!
-Because of our small seating area, Parents are encouraged to drop off gymnasts. If you choose to stay, Parents must wear a mask when in the building. Only one Parent will be allowed to observe. A second parent and siblings are not allowed to stay and observe.
-Coaches will wear a mask or face shield while spotting or in close proximity to students. Due to other safety concerns coaches may take off the mask to properly explain techniques or other information and will try to maintain social distancing while doing so.
We at Andy Valley will do our best to maintain a safe and fun environment for your gymnast!
As the situation develops, you can find any updates concerning our organizational status for both Andy Valley and Central Maine Athletic Center on our website here at andyvalleygym.com
Stay Safe & Healthy!

Andy Valley Facility & Program
Andy Valley School of Gymnastics has been providing quality gymnastics instruction in the Lewiston-Auburn area for over 40 years. Each year, we try to improve our gymnastics program by upgrading the equipment in our 6,000 sq. ft. facility and improving our coaching techniques.
Self confidence and discipline are taught while coordination, flexibility, balance and strength are enhanced in an atmosphere that allows the gymnast to enjoy the learning experience.
We offer classes for a variety of age groups. Your child’s progress will be assessed by the coaches and recommendations will be made accordingly.
Our team of instructors is led by Rod Gendron, a highly trained and experienced coach who has produced high level gymnasts. Assisting him are a number of experienced and caring coaches concerned for the safety and individual needs of each gymnast.
